We are located about an hour and half from the San Francisco Bay Area, and 15 minutes from the picturesque coastal city of Santa Cruz.

We invite you to explore our more than 44 acres of redwoods, the hiking trails, fruit orchards and fun amenities, like a bocce ball court and our new, custom built sauna.

You will also find there are ocean views from Monterrey Point to Soquel Point!

FAQs

Is there parking available on site?

There are 20 parking spots, guest will have to be shuttled to property.

Do you rent the property for smaller events like baby showers or birthday celebrations?

Yes we do! Inquire through email

Can our event go past 10pm?

As we are in a residential neighborhood and out of respect for those neighbors and Santa Cruz County noise ordinances, all music must conclude by 10pm at the latest.

Do you have multiple weddings/events going on at the same time or same day?

We only have one event taking place during a rental period for weddings, holiday parties, retreats etc.

Are we able to have the rehearsal dinner onsite?

We allow a one hour rehearsal the day before your wedding, if you rent the property for multiple days then you are allowed the rehearsal dinner on site.

Am I able to use sparklers for my grand exit?

Unfortunately, we do not allow sparklers on site due to fire risk.

What is a reliable source for weather data and sunset?

We have found that weatherunderground.com is a great website to track historical data for temperatures, precipitation and wind on specific dates. https://www.sunrisesunset.com/ is what we recommend to check the Sunrise, Sunset and Civil Twilight for Soquel, CA.

Is there WiFi/cell service?

We do have complimentary guest WiFi in the house. Cellular service is relatively spotty while on site. We have found that Verizon and Sprint seem to have the best coverage.
